New Territories

This was taken from a room on the 47th floor of the taller of the Nina Towers. Compared to the rest of Hong Kong, the mall and hotel at the towers are a ghost town. I have a hard time believing the owners are turning a profit. The low room rates don’t appear to be attracting enough people to account for the luxury and sheer quantity of rooms. Unless I just visited on an off day… but if the real estate market in Hong Kong ever takes a dive, I wouldn’t be surprised if this tower fell.
